1、 Preparation in advance: the cornerstone of safety and efficiency

Equipment status check

Main structure: Check whether the frame, support platform, and sealing cover are stable and free of deformation. The clamping/lifting device (cylinder/hydraulic rod), unloading system (screw conveyor/vibrating feeder), and dust removal system (pulse dust collector/fan) are operating normally without blockage, oil leakage, or gas leakage.

Electrical control: Confirm that the PLC panel, emergency stop button, and sensor display are normal, and that the safety interlock devices (such as sealing door limit and bag clamp in place detection) are effective.

Dust removal system: Start the pulse dust collector and induced draft fan in advance to ensure that the negative pressure value in the enclosed area is controlled at -50~-150Pa to prevent dust from escaping.

Material and ton bag preparation

Check the material name, specifications, and batch to ensure consistency with production requirements; Check the appearance of the ton bag for any damage or leakage, and ensure that the sling is intact and not broken.

For materials that are prone to moisture absorption and clumping (such as calcium carbonate), confirm whether the unpacking station is equipped with heating/arch breaking devices and pre-set parameters.

2、 Lifting and positioning of ton bags: the starting point of precise operation

Lifting operation: Use a crane/forklift/electric hoist to hook the top 4 lifting straps of the ton bag, evenly apply force to avoid tilting on one side; Slowly lift and move to directly above the unpacking station to avoid colliding with the equipment frame.

Positioning fixation: Lower the ton bag onto the support platform or bag clamping device, ensuring that the discharge port is facing the inlet of the discharge funnel; Activate the clamping device to fix the ton bag, and some equipment tightens the discharge port through the lifting device to promote natural material falling.

3、 Sealing and unloading of ton bag unpacking station: refined control of core processes

Sealing and dust removal start-up

Close the transparent sealing cover to create a closed space; Confirm that the sealing strip is tightly adhered without any gaps.

Start the dust removal system, absorb the dust generated during the unloading process through negative pressure, filter it through filter bags, and discharge it in compliance with standards. The collected dust can be recycled and reused.

Bag opening and unloading

Manual bag opening: Loosen the binding rope or cut open the seam at the discharge port of the ton bag through the glove hole of the sealed cover, and the material falls into the discharge funnel with the assistance of gravity/vibrator.

Automatic bag opening: The fully automatic equipment automatically cuts open the ton bag through a cutting device, or inverts the ton bag through a flipping device and unloads it with a vibrator (suitable for materials with poor fluidity).

Material transportation: The spiral conveyor/vibrating feeder at the bottom of the funnel uniformly transports materials to subsequent stages; If the material is prone to clumping, start the funnel wall vibrator or stirring blade for pre dispersion.

4、 Empty bag recycling and cleaning: Closing of closed-loop management

Empty bag removal: After turning off the dust removal system, release the clamping device and use lifting equipment to lift the empty bag to the collection area; Recyclable ton bags need to be cleaned and inspected before storage, and disposable ton bags should be disposed of according to solid waste standards.

Equipment cleaning: Use compressed air/soft bristled brush to clean the residual materials on the inner walls of the discharge funnel and feeding device; When replacing materials, it is necessary to clean the sealing cover, dust filter bag, and conveying pipeline to avoid cross contamination.

5、 Safety precautions and maintenance

Safety regulations: No one is allowed to stand during lifting, and the load capacity of the hoist should not exceed the rated value; Explosion proof equipment must ensure no heat generation and electrostatic protection; Power off and hang out before maintenance, wear PPE such as dust masks and goggles.

Maintenance and upkeep:

Daily routine: visually inspect equipment for abnormalities, monitor the pressure difference of the dust collector, and empty the dust collection hopper.

Regularly: replace damaged filter elements, check the fixing bolts of the vibrator/air hammer, calibrate the weighing system.

Preventive: Check the electrical system and structural framework every quarter, lubricate key components, and ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.
