Electric hot air drying oven is a commonly used drying equipment, which is commonly used for drying, curing, heat treatment and other processes of materials. The electric blast drying oven has the characteristics of fast drying, high efficiency, and high thermal efficiency, and is suitable for drying materials of various depths. Meanwhile, the temperature, humidity, and other parameters of the device can be precisely controlled, making the drying process fully automated and easy to operate. In addition, the casing of the equipment is made of high-quality steel plates, which have the characteristics of corrosion resistance and durability.
The electric blast drying oven is mainly composed of a box body, a heating system, a blower, a temperature control system, a conveying system, etc. Among them, the box, as a carrier of materials and heat energy, is usually made of high-quality steel plates. The heating system consists of heating tubes, thermocouples, temperature controllers, and other components used to provide thermal energy. The blower is used to accelerate and circulate the airflow inside the box, promoting the drying of materials. The temperature control system achieves precise control of the temperature inside the equipment and maintains the stability of the drying process. The conveying system is used to transport materials to the interior of the equipment.
The process flow of electric blast drying oven includes pre-treatment, drying, cooling and other stages. Among them, pretreatment usually includes cleaning, screening, crushing and other treatments of materials. The drying stage mainly consists of the following steps:
Heating: By using a heating system to provide sufficient heat to the electric blast drying oven, the temperature inside the equipment is increased to promote the evaporation of moisture in the material.
Blowers: Blowers are usually installed at the bottom of equipment to introduce air into the interior of the equipment, enhance convective heat transfer during the drying process, and prevent the formation of crust on the surface of materials.
Cooling: After drying, rapid cooling is achieved through a cooling device to prevent the material from losing its qualification or quality changes due to high temperature heat.
