1. The equipment is an electric heating mixing tank. Before each shift, all transmission parts should be inspected and lubricating oil should be added to prevent dry grinding and damage to the equipment.

2. Connect the discharge port according to the production process requirements of your company's products, and then check whether the electrical circuits are intact, whether the connections are safe and secure, whether the fuses or circuit breakers are matched. Only after everything is complete and correct, can the power be turned on for heating.

3. Before starting up, check the amount of heating medium (thermal oil or water) added. The amount added can refer to the quantity indicated on the certificate of conformity issued by our unit at the factory. Less can be added, more needs to be released. Ensure safe use. (It is strictly prohibited to close the exhaust port of the heating medium for use)

4. During normal use, the oil inlet and exhaust ports on the upper edge of the tank should not be blocked during heating operation, and should be opened for heating use. After daily operation, the electric heating power must be turned off.

5. Operators should not operate buttons with water to prevent electrical leakage. In case of external oil leakage, stop operation for maintenance and troubleshooting.

6. Strictly control the temperature during operation, generally within ≤ 90 degrees.

7. The oil change interval for each gearbox is about 6 months, and the heating medium can also be replaced when the heating effect is not obvious during frequent use, that is, oil or water can be changed. The amount of built-in thermal oil can be measured with a measuring probe.

8. Perform maintenance every 2 months, including checking the electric heating tube, various gaskets and electric heating tube circuits, verifying the temperature gauge, etc.

9. This electric heating tank is a high energy consuming electrical equipment. In actual use, it is necessary to ensure safe operation and management, strictly follow the regulations, and keep daily operation records to better maintain the equipment.

10. To use a heating tank, it is necessary to first add the solution of the material, then add the material, start the mixer, and then turn on the electric heating power to achieve the required temperature for the process. Before discharging, the electric heating power should be turned off first. After 2-10 minutes, the mixer should be turned off. After processing is completed, the heating tank should be rinsed with warm water as soon as possible to brush off the sticky materials. Then, the inner wall of the container should be thoroughly cleaned with 40-50 ℃ alkaline water and rinsed with clean water. Special attention should be paid to not turning on the electric heating power when there is no material (heat absorbing medium) in the pot and the pot is empty. Special attention should be paid to the operating temperature, which should not exceed the rated working temperature.

12. Attention should be paid to the working condition of the entire equipment and reducer for the heating tank. If the lubricating oil of the reducer is insufficient, it should be replenished immediately. Temperature gauges, temperature measuring holes, electric heating rods, electrical instruments, and other parts such as the jacket and pot cover should be checked regularly. If there is a malfunction, they should be replaced or repaired immediately. When the equipment is not in use, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the inner and outer walls of the container with warm water, regularly scrub the pot body, keep the exterior clean and the inner pot bright, and achieve durability.
