Far infrared tunnel oven is an efficient heat treatment equipment that can be widely used in various material drying, curing, dehydration, heat treatment and other processes. In order to better ensure the effectiveness of equipment use, this article will introduce the operation and maintenance procedures of far-infrared tunnel ovens.
Operating Procedures
1、 Preparation work
1. There should be no flammable or explosive materials around the oven, and there should be sufficient space at the top of the oven to ensure heat dissipation.
2. Check the electrical equipment and equipment grounding status.
3. Check if the insulation bricks, heating pipes, fans, and other equipment inside the oven are functioning properly.
4. Start the fan for 30 minutes to remove the accumulated moisture in the hot air duct.
2、 Load sample
1. The samples should be arranged neatly and not in contact with the heating zone.
2. Different heating temperatures and times can be selected according to different sample requirements.
3. Samples that are too large or too small should be treated separately.
3、 Start heating
1. Select the appropriate heating temperature and time based on the type and quantity of samples.
2. During the heating process, strictly control the temperature of the hot air, the temperature of the sample, and the heat loss.
3. It is strictly prohibited to directly switch on or off the power supply during the heating process, which may cause serious consequences.
4、 Complete heating
1. After the heating is completed, the heating switch should be turned off promptly to stop the power supply.
2. Turn on the fan and let it run for 10-15 minutes to remove excess heat from the hot air duct.
3. Turn off the fan and wait for the temperature inside the oven to drop to room temperature before turning it off.
Maintenance Regulations
1、 Daily maintenance
1. Regularly inspect the internal and external operations of the oven, as well as the cleanliness and hygiene of the environment and equipment, to ensure proper operation of the equipment.
2. Regularly remove dust from hot air ducts, filters, and fans to maintain normal ventilation and heat exchange.
3. Regularly inspect the internal insulation materials, heating pipes, fans, and other damages of the oven, and replace them in a timely manner.
4. Regularly check the effectiveness of safety devices inside the oven and the working status of the electrical system.
2、 Seasonal maintenance
1. Large scale oven cleaning, maintenance, and inspection should be carried out during the spring and autumn seasons to ensure that the equipment is in good condition.
2. In summer and winter, equipment should be checked promptly for mechanical deformation and electrical faults caused by changes in ambient temperature.
