1、 Maintenance of filter plate and filter cloth
1. Filter plate inspection and cleaning
Thoroughly clean the surface of the filter plate after each use to avoid residual corrosion of the stainless steel material. If cracks or deformations are found, they should be replaced immediately.
Regularly dry the filter plate during long-term storage to prevent rusting or deformation.
2. Filter cloth management
After filtration, rinse the filter cloth with a high-pressure water gun to remove clogged particles; Damaged filter cloth needs to be replaced in a timely manner to ensure permeability and sealing.
The new filter cloth needs to be shrunk before use, and stored away from moisture and direct sunlight.
2、 Hydraulic system maintenance
1. Hydraulic oil management
Regularly check the oil level and quality, replace the hydraulic oil once a year, and clean the inside of the system when changing the oil.
To avoid hydraulic oil emulsification, if any abnormalities are found (such as high oil temperature or unstable pressure), the machine should be shut down for maintenance.
2. Pipeline and sealing
Check whether the hydraulic pipeline leaks and replace the aging sealing ring in a timely manner; Regularly lubricate the piston rod to maintain smooth operation.
3、 Maintenance of Transmission and Electronic Control Systems
1. Maintenance of transmission components
Check the operation status of the motor and gearbox, and replace the gearbox lubricating oil every 3-6 months; Adjust the tightness of the chain/belt to avoid being too loose or too tight.
2. Electrical control system inspection
Regularly clean the dust on the electronic control components, check if the circuit connections are secure, and prevent poor contact from causing malfunctions.
4、 Maintenance of seals and stainless steel components
1. Sealing ring and filter membrane replacement
When the filtration pressure difference reaches 0.05-0.1MPa, the filter membrane or sealing ring needs to be replaced to avoid damage and leakage.
Choose sealing materials that are compatible with the material (such as acid and alkali resistant), refer to the chemical adaptability table.
2. Stainless steel surface protection
Use neutral detergent during cleaning to avoid corrosive cleaning agents damaging the surface; Regularly inspect the welds and connections for rust.
5、 Operating standards and safety
1. Operation process
Before tightening the filter plate, ensure that it is arranged neatly to avoid misalignment and uneven pressure; Maintain continuity during feeding to prevent blockage.
2. Safety precautions
Cut off the power supply during maintenance, and do not adjust parameters (such as pressure and speed) during operation; Immediately stop the machine for handling in case of leakage.
6、 Periodic professional maintenance
1. Annual comprehensive maintenance of equipment, including hydraulic system pressure calibration, filter plate flatness testing, electrical insulation testing, etc.
2. During long-term shutdown, it is necessary to thoroughly drain the liquid in the pipeline and apply anti rust oil to key areas.
