Molecular hybridization instrument, also known as molecular hybridization furnace or molecular hybridization box, can choose different specifications and models according to the needs of different experiments. It is an ideal equipment for modern laboratories to use hybridization technology, which can replace plastic hybridization bags and water bath shakers, thus avoiding the pollution risk caused by the breakage of hybridization bags. 1、 Molecular hybridization machines can be divided into three categories based on their level of automation:

1. Fully automatic molecular hybridization instrument: The fully automatic molecular hybridization instrument is currently mainly used in gene chip products, which can achieve automation of the entire hybridization process without the need for manual participation. Genomic DNA reacts with specific DNA probes on the chip under specific temperature conditions, and the detection results are obtained through steps such as hybridization, membrane washing, incubation, and color development. The entire process is automatically completed by a fully automated molecular hybridization instrument.

2. Semi automatic molecular hybridization instrument: The semi-automatic molecular hybridization instrument can not only control various parameters during the hybridization process of ordinary molecular hybridization instruments, but also perform other experimental steps after hybridization, such as incubation and color development, under manual intervention.

3. Ordinary molecular hybridization instrument: Ordinary molecular hybridization instruments are generally enclosed in a constant temperature box structure, with an oscillating or rotating movable mechanism. The control system realizes the control and adjustment of experimental parameters such as temperature and speed.

2、 There are many types of molecular hybridization instruments, which can be divided into six categories according to experimental needs:

1. Microplate in situ hybridization instrument.

2. Used for high-capacity molecular hybridization instruments.

3. Hybridizer used for Southern or Northern hybridization techniques.

4. Western hybridization instrument.

5. In situ hybridization on glass slides and plate hybridization apparatus.

6. Used for small capacity nucleic acid hybridization devices.
