Jiangsu Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is a technology enterprise specializing in the research and development of biopharmaceuticals. Its main experimental equipment has very high requirements for temperature control accuracy and stability. Recently, the company needs to purchase a set of high and low temperature control systems for the integrated control of glass reaction vessels in the process of developing new drugs, in order to meet the high-precision temperature requirements during the experimental process.
After conducting multiple investigations, the company has chosen our New Zhiafus R&D and design of a high and low temperature control system (i.e. a refrigeration and heating high and low temperature integrated machine equipment). The temperature range of this system covers -40 ℃ to 200 ℃, which can meet the requirements of the experimental process from low temperature to high temperature. At the same time, the system adopts PID control technology, and the temperature control accuracy can reach ± 0.1 ℃, ensuring the reliability and repeatability of experimental data.
In practical applications, our high and low temperature control systems have seamlessly integrated with glass reaction vessels. Due to the distance of up to 50 meters between the reaction vessel and the temperature control system (TCU), the remote control function of the system has been specially optimized, allowing experimental personnel to directly operate the TCU at the reaction vessel end, improving the convenience and efficiency of the experiment. In addition, the system is equipped with multiple safety protection mechanisms, such as over temperature protection, low liquid level alarm, etc., to ensure the safety and stability of the experimental process.
After feedback from the technical team of the company, our high and low temperature control system not only runs stably, but also has simple operation, greatly improving experimental efficiency. Especially in experiments that run continuously for a long time, the system performs well with minimal temperature fluctuations, meeting the requirements of high-precision experiments.
