The design of the concentration and dilution tank is reasonable, the process is excellent, the automatic control meets the requirements of national GMP certification, and the tank body adopts a vertical double-layer structure. The inner liner is polished with Ra0.45, and the exterior is insulated with mirror panels or frosted boards, with a glossy tank body. The interlayer is wrapped with spiral belt and heated by steam or cooled by cold water, and filled with insulation material. All overcurrent components are made of 316L material, while others are made of 304 material.
The daily maintenance of the dilution tank mainly includes the following aspects:
1. Cleaning and disinfection:
Before use, the tank must be washed clean with hot water and then disinfected with steam. The input materials should not be filled too full to avoid splashing out during mixing, which may cause unsanitary environment or damage.
When cleaning, rinse with warm water as soon as possible to brush off any attached materials, then thoroughly clean the inner wall of the container with 400 ° C~500 ° C alkaline water and rinse with clean water for the next use.
2. Inspection and maintenance:
Regularly inspect pressure gauges, thermometers, safety valves, and level gauges to ensure their accuracy, and promptly replace damaged instruments.
Check the operation of the mixer and the wear of the mechanical seal and scraper. If any abnormal noise or wear is found, it should be repaired in a timely manner.
Regularly conduct water pressure leakage tests on equipment to ensure good sealing performance.
Check the lubricating oil of the reducer, replenish it in a timely manner if it is insufficient, and change the oil every six months.
3. Operating standards:
After the operation is completed, the drainage valve should be opened to drain the water and steam in the interlayer, the power plug should be unplugged, and the equipment and pipelines should be wiped twice with a clean cloth.
Pay attention to checking whether the pressure gauge is within the calibration period, and report to the leader before expiration to remind relevant departments to send it for inspection or replacement.
Check the reducer monthly and add lubricating oil for maintenance in a timely manner.
The mixer motor electrician conducts regular maintenance and repairs every month.
