The high flow laser dust particle counter is suitable for industries such as pharmaceutical factories to measure the size and number of dust particles per unit volume of air in clean environments. It can directly detect clean environments with cleanliness levels ranging from level 10 to 300000. This instrument adopts a semiconductor laser light source, a large blue LCD display, small size, light weight, high detection accuracy, simple and clear functional operation, microprocessor control, can store and print measurement results, and is very convenient for testing in a clean environment. This product is widely used in sectors such as electronics, optics, chemistry, food, cosmetics, healthcare, biological products, aerospace, etc.
The precautions for using a high flow laser dust particle counter mainly include the following aspects:
• Avoid covering or blocking the inlet pipe: When the inlet pipe is covered or blocked, do not start the counter to prevent instrument damage or inaccurate measurement results.
• Use in a clean environment: The laser dust particle counter should be used in a clean environment to prevent damage to the laser sensor.
Prohibit the extraction of harmful gases: Do not extract gases containing oil stains, corrosive substances, or mixed gases that may cause reactions (such as hydrogen and oxygen), as these gases may cause explosions or damage the instrument inside the counter.
• Maintain stable air pressure: The working position of the instrument and the sampling port should be at the same air pressure and temperature to avoid affecting the operation of the gas path system and causing condensation damage to the optical system. If it is necessary to work under pressure difference, the maximum pressure difference should not exceed 200Pa.
• Prevent liquids from entering: Water, solutions, or other liquids should not enter the sensor through the inlet tube to avoid damaging the instrument.
• Avoid pollution: During sampling, avoid the gas polluted by the gas discharged from the counter itself, and keep at least 12 inches away from the inlet pipe to prevent loose particles, dust sources or particles and liquids at the spray from polluting the sensor and pipeline.
