Sealing testerMeasurement method:
Inject clean water into the vacuum chamber, with a height exceeding the bottom laminated surface on the cylinder head, and place a polyethylene hose sample. At this time, the distance between the top surface of the polyethylene hose sample and the water surface should not be lower than 25 mm. To ensure the sealing effect, sprinkle a small amount of water on the sealing ring.
Cover the sealed lid of the vacuum chamber and turn the switch on the tester toopenAdjust the position of the tester's control knob (see above for adjustment method), observe the vacuum pressure gauge, and adjust the pressure to the stable value required for the test.
When the required pressure is reached, turn the switch of the tester toclosePosition, maintain vacuum, timer starts counting, observe the polyethylene hose sample until the holding time is reached.
The leakage of polyethylene hose samples during the vacuum pumping process and the vacuum holding period after reaching the preset vacuum degree depends on whether there are continuous bubbles generated. A single isolated bubble is generally not considered a sample leak.
When the holding time is reached, turn the switch on the instrument to the off position, eliminate the vacuum, open the sealing cover, take out the test sample, wipe off the water on its surface, and observe the surface damage of the packaging bag.
