Slow clamping action or insufficient clamping distance: It may be due to loose anchor bolts or worn front buckles or plate inserts. The solution is to adjust the bolt position or replace the front buckles or plate inserts.
► Loose transmission system ring causing inaccurate positioning: It may be due to the loss of elasticity of the plastic steel strip or transmission transfer spring. The solution is to remove the plate generator set and reinstall the spring.
Leakage at the bolt: The reason is that the opening and closing valve ring or opening and closing seat ring is damaged. The solution is to replace the damaged components.

The packaging box cannot be opened: The reason is that the packaging box is not suitable for use on a fully automatic box packing machine or the box has been stored for too long, causing deformation. The solution is to use a professional machine to pack the box or negotiate with the packaging box manufacturer to customize a packaging box that meets the requirements.
Belt, toothed belt, bearings and other components are often damaged: the reason is improper daily maintenance, poor component quality or equipment design and manufacturing level problems. The solution is to select high-quality components and carry out correct maintenance.
► Paper box supply issue: If the paper box is blocked or cannot be formed properly, the reason is that the paper box is not neatly arranged, the size is not matched, or there are foreign objects in the supply box channel. The solution is to adjust the paper box placement and supply box channel.
Material conveying problems: such as material jamming and inaccurate positioning, caused by debris on the surface of the conveyor belt, irregular material shape, or malfunction of the positioning device. The solution is to clean the debris on the surface of the conveyor belt, adjust the material shape and positioning device.
► Packing operation problems: If the material packing is not smooth or the packing speed is unstable, the reason is that the packing mechanism components are damaged or the control system parameters are set improperly. The solution is to replace the damaged components or adjust the control system parameters.
Sealing problem: If the sealing is not firm or the appearance is poor, the reason is uneven glue application, poor glue quality, or insufficient sealing mechanism pressure. The solution is to adjust the glue application evenly, replace it with high-quality glue, or adjust the sealing mechanism pressure.
