Traditional Chinese medicine is one of the precious resources in China, and its pharmacological effects and rich nutritional components have received widespread attention and utilization. Among them, crushing technology is one of the necessary key processes in traditional Chinese medicine processing. The process principle of high-speed crusher is based on the principles of mechanical collision, shear, friction, and pressure, which continuously grind and screen traditional Chinese medicine materials between high-speed rotating blades and screens. During the operation of the equipment, materials enter the wear chamber from the hopper and are continuously subjected to the action of the cutterhead and steel screen to achieve the desired crushing effect. Throughout the entire process, the contact time between the material and the sieve is short, and no heat or chemical reaction is generated, maintaining the quality and active ingredients of the original medicinal herbs.
