The automatic decoction machine should be installed in a well ventilated, dry, and clean room, equipped with a single-phase three wire AC 220V power supply with a ground wire, a clean water source, and drainage facilities.

(1) After unpacking, first check if the accompanying materials and accessories are complete, and carefully read this manual to familiarize yourself with the button operation by referring to the schematic diagram on the electrical control box panel.

(2) Disconnect the power supply and connect the dedicated socket provided by our company to the power supply line. The installation position of the socket should not be less than 1.2m above the ground. It is strictly prohibited to use it without a grounding wire. The machine box is equipped with a ground wire terminal outside. If it is inconvenient to connect the ground wire through the power supply line, a professional can bury the ground wire on site according to local regulations. This device must comply with the requirements of national GB17790.

Please do not connect the grounding wire to the following places: water pipes, gas pipes, sewage pipes, and places that experts consider unreliable.

(3) Place the machine steadily to ensure sufficient space for maintenance and upkeep.

(4) Connect the water supply and drainage pipelines.

(5) Inject clean water, clean the inside and lid of the pot, and send it out.

Close the valve, connect the power supply, and inject clean water into the decoction container to test the machine. Various parameters of the electric control box have been debugged and positioned before the machine leaves the factory. The trial run should be conducted under the guidance of our technical service personnel.
