1. Connect the power supply, first place the medicinal herbs in the oven, turn the timed heating knob (choose freely according to the thickness of the herbs), and take them out after they have basically softened. Press the motor start button, wait for the cutter to rotate normally, insert the medicinal herbs into the corresponding feeding hole for slicing, wait for the cutter to completely stop rotating, open the discharge port door to clean the pills. (Note that oil must be brushed onto the blade before slicing)
2. Slice thickness adjustment
There is an adjusting handle above the disc shaft. When in use, rotate the handle to adjust the thickness of the slice. The handle will rotate clockwise,
Increasing the slice thickness will rotate in the opposite direction and reduce the thickness.
3. Blade replacement
After long-term use, the blades of the traditional Chinese medicine slicer need to be replaced again, so each time they are replaced, the blades must be disassembled. Use a screwdriver to remove the four screws behind the oven cover, then remove the four screws of the handle, unscrew the adjustment handle, and finally remove the quantitative analyzer knob. Open the panel and insert three M6 hexagon socket screws into the feeding port. Then remove the two screws that fix the timer to the feeding port. Open the feeding port and remove the two screws that fix the blade. After replacing the blade, please rotate the blade disc by hand once to see if there is a scraper. If there is a scraper, add a gasket under the feeding port to avoid damaging the machine during rotation.
4. Replace the far-infrared quartz heating tube
Use a screwdriver to unscrew the four screws behind the oven cover, then remove the four screws from the handle, unscrew the adjustment handle, open the panel, take out the oven, remove the damaged quartz tube, and replace it with a quartz tube of the same specification. After replacement, a power on test should be conducted.
