1、 Operating procedures
1. Preparation before startup
(1) Check if the power supply and electrical equipment are working properly;
(2) Check whether the required medicinal herbs and drugs are complete and correct;
(3) Check if the connections of each component are tight.
2. Power on operation
(1) First, press the main power switch and observe if the equipment is functioning properly;
(2) Set parameters such as dosage and pill making speed on the control panel, and start the machine;
(3) Monitor the operation status of the machine and pay attention to preventing abnormal phenomena such as material blockage.
3. Shutdown operation
(1) After ensuring that all work has been processed, press the main power switch to turn off the equipment;
(2) Pull out the plug from the cable plug and disconnect the power cable;
(3) Clean up the equipment and surrounding environment.
2、 Maintenance Regulations
1. Daily maintenance
(1) Clean the surface of the equipment to ensure proper ventilation of the machine;
(2) Clean the internal components of the equipment and use a cloth or vacuum cleaner to remove dust from the periphery.
2. Weekly maintenance
(1) Check the lubricating oil of the machine and add lubricating oil if necessary;
(2) Check if the fixing screws of each part of the machine are loose.
3. Monthly maintenance
(1) Check whether the connections of electrical equipment such as cables, switches, plugs, etc. are tight;
(2) Check whether the transmission components such as gears and belts of each mechanism are normal.
3、 Safety precautions
1. When operating the pill making machine, follow the operating procedures and pay attention to keeping it clean;
2. Before operation, all safety equipment should be checked for normal operation, and adjustments and parameter settings of safety equipment should not be changed without authorization;
3. Do not insert hands or objects into the interior of the device during operation;
4. In case of any abnormal situation, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and professional assistance should be sought.
