What preparations need to be made before using the ultrafine grinder? as shown below
1. Open the grading assembly and carefully check if there are any metal objects or debris inside the crushing chamber.
2. It is necessary to check whether the bolts at the connections of each component are tightened and reliable.
3. Check for foreign objects in the feeding hopper and spiral feeder.
4. Carefully check whether the tension of the V-belt and chain is appropriate, and whether the passport is properly installed.
5. Check if there is a "good condition" certificate for the equipment.
6. Rotate each transmission part by hand to check for any abnormalities, then jog each motor to see if the direction of operation is correct.
a. Grinding disk rotation direction: counterclockwise when viewed from above;
b. Spiral conveyor rotation direction: left-hand direction;
c. Gradual impeller rotation direction: opposite to the crushing disc.
7. Run without load for 10-20 minutes, and the operator needs to check the current, temperature, and vibration conditions. If there are no abnormalities, normal feeding and production can be carried out.
