Precautions for the operation of traditional Chinese medicine ultrafine grinder
Date: 2021-09-24Read: 5
The traditional Chinese medicine ultrafine crusher is suitable for crushing tough, fibrous, sponge like, high oil content, and high sugar content materials that are difficult to crush with general crushers. It also has excellent crushing effects on hard and brittle materials. This device is suitable for industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food.
Below, the editor will briefly introduce the operating precautions of the traditional Chinese medicine ultrafine grinder, as follows:
1. Regularly check the screws of the blade, which must be tightened.
2. For the personal safety of users, the power supply must be grounded.
3. Do not activate the switch when the upper cover is opened.
4. Generally, traditional Chinese medicine can be crushed in half a minute, while hard medicine can be crushed in one minute.
5. The crushed material must be dry and should not be processed into damp and oily traditional Chinese medicine.
6. After long-term use, if the carbon brush and blade are severely worn, they need to be replaced.
7. The crushed medicine should not exceed half of the capacity of the crushing tank.
8. After completing the homework every day, run the machine by air for 2 minutes and suck up the remaining materials. After stopping the machine, open the hood to check for any damage to the parts, remove any remaining materials, and then close the hood.
9. This machine cannot be used continuously for a long time, and the startup time should not exceed 5 minutes each time. If the processing quantity is large, it should be used intermittently to prevent bearing overheating and damage to the motor.
