Research oxygen generatorThe system consists of a screw air compressor, a high-temperature refrigerated dryer, an adsorption dryer, a high-grade air purification filter group, a PSA oxygen generator, an oxygen purification filter, an oxygen buffer tank, an oxygen storage tank, a busbar backup system, and an automatic control system. The PSA oxygen production host consists of an air buffer tank, a molecular sieve adsorption tower, an oxygen buffer tank, an oxygen flow meter, an oxygen purity meter, a control valve, a switching valve, a PLC programmable logic controller, an electrical control cabinet, and other parts. It utilizes the selective adsorption of nitrogen in the air by molecular sieves and the characteristic that the adsorption capacity changes with pressure. By changing the operating pressure of the adsorption bed, it achieves continuous oxygen production.
After filtering and dust removal, the raw air is compressed to 0.5-0.8 MPa in an air compressor, and then passes through a freeze dryer, adsorption dryer, and filter group to remove residual oil, water, impurities, etc. from the compressed air, and enters the adsorber from the lower part.. Purified and dried compressed air is subjected to pressurized adsorption and depressurized desorption in an adsorber. Due to aerodynamic effects, the diffusion rate of nitrogen in the micropores of zeolite molecular sieves is much higher than that of oxygen. Nitrogen is preferentially adsorbed by zeolite molecular sieves, and the remaining unabsorbed oxygen is collected. The opening and closing of the pneumatic valve is controlled by a PLC program controller to alternate the circulation of the two towers, thereby obtaining high-purity oxygen (93% ± 3%).
There are two adsorbers in total, which alternate in operation. When one is in the adsorption oxygen production condition, the other is in the cleaning and regeneration condition. Each adsorber needs to go through five working conditions: adsorption, reverse depressurization, forward depressurization, cleaning and regeneration, and pressurization to complete one working cycle. The two adsorbers are alternately used to enable the oxygen production device to continuously produce oxygen.
