Coal fired thermal oil boiler

It uses coal as fuel and thermal oil as the heat carrier. Using a circulating oil pump to force liquid phase circulation, heat energy is transferred to the heating equipment and then returned to the reheated DC special industrial furnace. There are generally three types of coal combustion structures: vertical manual combustion, horizontal cylindrical combustion, and horizontal machine combustion, which are mainly classified based on the labor intensity of coal addition.
Fuel (gas) thermal oil boiler

It uses fuel or gas as fuel, uses a burner to burn fuel, and uses thermal oil as a heat carrier. Using a circulating oil pump to force liquid phase circulation, heat energy is transferred to the heating equipment and then returned to the reheated DC special industrial furnace. It is generally divided into two structural forms: vertical and horizontal, mainly based on the height of the equipment space.
Electric heating heat transfer oil boiler

For electric heating oil furnaces, heat is generated and transmitted by electric heating elements immersed in heat transfer oil. Using heat transfer oil as the medium, a circulation pump is used to force the heat transfer oil to circulate in the liquid phase, transferring the heat to one or more heating equipment. After unloading from the heating equipment, the heat is returned to the heater through the circulation pump, absorbed again, and transferred to the heating equipment. This process repeats itself, achieving continuous heat transfer and raising the temperature of the heated object to meet the heating process requirements.
