Cone vacuum dryer is an efficient and enclosed drying equipment widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food for drying, mixing, and cooling heat sensitive, viscous, paste like, or powdery materials. Its core design is a conical structure, combined with vacuum environment and stirring function, to ensure rapid and uniform drying of materials under low temperature and low pressure conditions.

Main structural components

1. Conical jacket container:

-The conical design increases the heat transfer area, and hot water, steam, or thermal oil is introduced into the jacket to provide uniform heating/cooling.

2. Mixing system:

-Internally equipped with a spiral or blade stirrer, low-speed operation prevents material agglomeration and promotes heat transfer and mixing.
