Principle and structural characteristics of dual planetary power hybrid technology

1. Mixed mechanism

The dual planetary power hybrid combines the dual functions of low-speed stirring and high-speed dispersion:

-Low speed mixing system: using planetary gear transmission, the mixing blade rotates while revolving, causing the material to move up, down, and around

-High speed dispersion system: The dispersion axis revolves around the star frame and rotates at high speed (with a linear velocity of up to 25m/s), quickly breaking material agglomeration through shear and dispersion effects, especially suitable for high viscosity slurries (such as lithium battery positive and negative electrode slurries).

2. Core design parameters

-Speed range: 0-71r/min for revolution, 0-112r/min for rotation, and 0-11000r/min for high-speed dispersion axis (variable frequency speed regulation).

The static vacuum degree reaches -0.098MPa, ensuring that the material is mixed in an anaerobic or low oxygen environment to avoid oxidation.

-Temperature control system: Pt100 sensors are used to directly contact the material, with a temperature measurement error of ± 1.0 ℃. The jacket design supports heating or cooling cycles.

3. Optimization of key components

-Bearings and Seals: Three sets of mechanical seals combined with soft/static seal design to solve oil and gas leakage problems and extend equipment life.

-Paddle clearance: The spacing between paddles and bucket walls, as well as between paddles, should be controlled within 2-3mm, and the bottom scraper design should reduce residue.

The dual planetary power hybrid is suitable for mixing and dispersing various high viscosity and high solid content materials:

1. In the field of new energy: positive and negative electrode slurries for lithium batteries (such as lithium iron phosphate), fuel cell slurries, etc., to ensure particle consistency and dispersion.

2. Electronic materials: solder paste, magnetic materials, electronic adhesives, etc., further refined particles through ultrasonic dispersers (such as solar cell silver paste).

3. Chemical and pharmaceutical industries: sealants, resins, ointments, etc. Avoid the formation of bubbles in a vacuum environment.

4. Food and daily chemicals: jam, cosmetics lotion, etc., meet the sanitary polishing requirements (mirror polishing of the inner wall of the barrel Ra0.025).

1. Improvement of mixing efficiency

-Two way mixing design: the clockwise rotation/rotation of the Fried Dough Twists paddle is combined with the counterclockwise high-speed rotation of the dispersion shaft to enhance the shear force and reduce the phenomenon of "climbing".
