The reciprocating cutting machine is a mechanical equipment used for cutting medicinal materials, mainly suitable for fields such as traditional Chinese medicine, food, cosmetics, etc. The reciprocating cutting machine is mainly composed of a frame, a tool holder, a speed control system, a transmission system, a cutting tool part, and a cutting chamber.
A motor is installed on the rack and drives the movement of the tool holder through a transmission system. The tool holder consists of guide rails, tool holder positions, control rods, locking shafts, locking rods, etc. The tool part includes active cutting blades and passive cutting blades. The movement of the knife holder is achieved through the control lever.
The speed control system mainly consists of a speed regulator, speed indicator, motor, reducer, etc., which can adjust the operating speed of the equipment.
The process flow of reciprocating cutting machine mainly includes the following steps:
1. Preparation of medicinal herbs
Before using the reciprocating cutting machine, it is necessary to prepare the medicinal herbs to be cut. Generally, medicinal herbs need to be ground or crushed in order to be placed in a cutting machine for cutting processing
2. Placement of medicinal herbs
Place the prepared medicinal herbs in the cutting room, adjust the position and density of the herbs so that they are evenly distributed and do not move.
3. Adjustment of equipment
Adjust the speed control system and set the speed at which the equipment should operate. Simultaneously adjust the position of the knife holder to ensure proper contact between the cutting tool and the medicinal herbs.
4. Start cutting
Turn on the power and let the reciprocating cutting machine start running. At this point, the knife holder begins to move back and forth for cutting operations. During the cutting process, it is necessary to observe the density and condition of the medicinal materials, while paying attention to whether the speed is moderate, to ensure that the cut shape of the medicinal materials is beautiful and uniform.
5、 切割完成
When the medicinal herbs are cut to a certain specification, it means that the cutting is completed. At this point, turn off the power and remove the cut medicinal herbs.
