The heat sealing tester, also known as the heat sealing instrument or heat sealing performance tester, simulates the three elements of pressure, temperature, and time in the packaging process of a packaging production line. Through this instrument, rapid evaluation of materials can be achieved. After passing the evaluation, it can be used on the production line. Operation method of heat sealing tester

1. Connect the compressed air pipe to the compressed air inlet on the left side of the instrument;

2. Connect the foot switch to the connection on the right side of the instrument;

3. Connect the power cord socket to the power inlet on the right side of the instrument;

4. Prepare experimental materials;

5. Inject compressed air and use a pressure regulating handle to adjust the pressure to a value that can press the upper and lower heat sealing knives together, usually between 0.18 MPa-0.30 MPa;

6. Turn the power switch to ON;

7. The temperature controller is set to the desired temperature, and the recommended values for the heat sealing temperature of commonly used thin film materials are shown in the attached table. To set the temperature value, press the 'SET' button for 0.5 seconds to display 'SO' on the PV window, press the ▼ or ▲ button to display the desired value on the SV window, and then press the 'SET' button twice for 0.5 seconds to exit.
