1、 Basic structure of automatic film sealing machine
The automatic film sealing machine is mainly composed of conveying system, sealing system, temperature control system, automatic counting and other parts.
Among them, the conveying system is a device that feeds the packaging bags to be sealed into the machine, which can be divided into two methods: manual conveying and automatic conveying. During manual transportation, the staff need to manually place the packaging bags onto the machine's conveyor belt and press certain buttons for subsequent operations; During automatic conveying, the machine can automatically recognize the packaging bag and then automatically feed it into the sealing system.
The sealing system is the most important part of the automatic film sealing machine, which can seal and cut the packaging bag, achieving an efficient packaging process. The temperature control system controls the temperature of the sealing system to ensure the quality of the sealing. Automatic counting is the process of counting the number of sealed packaging bags, which facilitates the management of the production process.
2、 Working principle of automatic film sealing machine
After the automatic film sealing machine sends the packaging bag into the sealing system, the following steps are required to achieve automatic sealing:
1. Feeding: Feed the packaging bags into the conveyor belt of the machine and place them into the sealing system.
2. Sealing: Use an electric heating tube to heat the sealing chuck, so that its surface temperature reaches the set value, and then press the sealing chuck onto the sealing part of the packaging bag for sealing treatment.
3. Cooling: After the sealing is completed, it is necessary to cool the sealing area to maintain its stability.
4. Cutting: When the sealing is completed, send the packaging bags into the cutting system, cut the packaging bags through the cutting knife, and separate them into individual products.
5. Conveyor discharge: Send the sealed and cut packaging bags out of the machine conveyor belt for subsequent packaging operations.
