Important Notice:

·Please read this operating manual carefully before operating this device * times;

·The equipment must be reliably grounded;

·Preparation work before disinfection (air source, water supply, pH level zero point, slope calibration, DO level zero point calibration); And check that all connection ports (especially the active interfaces on sensors and tank caps) are reliably connected.

·Preparation work before fermentation begins (set as fermentation conditions, perform DO level slope calibration, pH level zero calibration);

·Before turning off the main power, please turn off the control program, and then turn off the controller and power.

·After the equipment is running, do not forget to turn off the water valve and air source.

·Before starting temperature control, the water injection switch must be turned on, and the cold water solenoid valve control button must be turned on until there are no bubbles and water at the drainage outlet.

·The maximum working pressure should not exceed the design pressure, and the air pressure entering the tank should not exceed 0.250Mp!

The maximum disinfection temperature is 126 ℃;

·Public works requirements: Air: 0.2-0.4Mpa

Water source: 0.1-0.3Mpa

▲ Pressure equipment and pipelines must be reduced to atmospheric pressure (0.0 gauge pressure) before opening and maintenance

▲ Public equipment must be operated and maintained according to the instructions provided by the equipment supplier

After using the air compressor, exhaust the gas inside the compressor completely.

After the steam generator is used up, the remaining steam inside should be drained completely.
