Structural composition of in-situ sterilization fermentation tank
Date: 2024-08-26Read: 26
The fully automatic sterilization fermentation tank equipment consists of a tank body, a stirring system, a temperature control system, a pH control system, a pressure control system, an oxygen control system, a nutrient feeding system, a sampling system, a cleaning and disinfection system, and a data acquisition and processing system.
Tank body: The tank body of fully automatic sterilization fermentation tank equipment is generally made of stainless steel (SUS316L) or fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), and its volume can reach 80m ³ or more according to needs.
Mixing system: The mixing system of the fully automatic sterilization fermentation tank equipment is divided into two types: mechanical type and gas vortex type. Mechanical type uses traditional mechanical mixing method, while gas vortex type uses gas injection to form circumferential airflow to achieve the purpose of mixing. The gas vortex stirring system has been widely used due to its low stirring power and good stirring effect.
Temperature control system: The temperature control systems of fully automatic sterilization fermentation tank equipment mainly include water bath, water circulation, gas heating, and electric heating. Among them, water bath is gradually being phased out and replaced by water circulation and gas heating. The water circulation type controls the temperature of the tank by circulating and heating water, while the gas heating type uses gas or steam to heat the tank. Electric heating is widely used in small sterilization fermentation tank equipment due to its advantages of high temperature control accuracy and convenient control.
PH control system: The pH control system of the fully automatic sterilization fermentation tank equipment is usually composed of pH electrodes, control valves, and pH regulating solution. pH control can be achieved by automatically adding alkali or acid solution, or by introducing carbon dioxide or air to control the pH value.
Pressure control system: The pressure control system of the fully automatic sterilization fermentation tank equipment mainly consists of adjustable pressure control valves or pressure sensors, which are used to control the pressure inside the tank.
Oxygen control system: The oxygen control system of fully automatic sterilization fermentation tank equipment usually consists of gas flow meters, pressure differential control valves and other components, which regulate the amount of oxygen introduced to achieve the fermentation environment.
Nutrient feeding system: The nutrient feeding system of the fully automatic sterilization fermentation tank equipment mainly consists of feeding pumps, measuring devices, etc. Its function is to add an appropriate amount of nutrients to the fermentation tank to meet the metabolic needs of microorganisms.
Sampling system: The sampling system of fully automatic sterilization fermentation tank equipment usually consists of continuous samplers, needle samplers, etc. Its function is to monitor the microbial quantity, growth status, metabolite concentration, etc. during the fermentation process at any time.
Cleaning and disinfection system: The cleaning and disinfection system of fully automatic sterilization fermentation tank equipment generally consists of automatic cleaning devices and the selection of sterilization methods.
Data collection and processing system: The data collection and processing system of fully automatic sterilization fermentation tank equipment usually consists of real-time data collectors, monitoring software, and alarm systems, which can monitor and control various parameters of the internal environment of the fermentation tank, and perform real-time data collection and processing.
