1、 Regularly check the pressure gauge and safety valve, and replace or repair them promptly if there is a malfunction.
2、 Fermentation production has the general characteristics of chemical industry production, and is prone to work-related accidents such as poisoning, corrosion, electric shock, combustion, and explosion. If any abnormalities or accidents are found during the operation, the operation should be immediately stopped, water, electricity, gas, and steam sources should be cut off, and the factory director should be reported for handling.
3、 During disinfection operations, work clothes, shoes, and gloves must be worn. When opening valves, side operations must be performed, and front or front valve seats cannot be used. It is forbidden to wrap sleeves for operation to prevent burns.
4、 Before starting, it is necessary to check whether the direction of the equipment valves is correct, and pay attention to whether there are other people or electrical equipment around the exhaust port to prevent steam, material liquid, and air from entering the bypass. When opening the valve and discharging steam from the exhaust port, it is sometimes recommended to unlock it separately or with relevant personnel.
5、 When operating at high temperatures, it is necessary to protect the glass in the container and strictly prohibit washing cold soda or hard objects that may collide and break.
6、 All driving equipment must not be touched by hands or other objects to avoid danger.
7、 In the process of application, strict pressure vessel pressure resistance should be strictly defined, and attention should be paid to changes in steam pressure. It is strictly prohibited to use overpressure, overtemperature, and high-temperature empty tank cooling water at will to deal with unstable facilities caused by negative pressure failure of the steamer.
8、 Alkali solutions or water released due to accidents should be wiped off in a timely manner, and used nursing bottles and other items should be cleaned up in a timely manner.
