2、 Startup steps:
1. The wind turbine is a method of continuous switching and intermittent maintenance for multiple devices, which means that under normal conditions, each wind turbine must switch and maintain for 12-24 hours after continuous operation for 48-72 hours.
2. Fans are mostly high-power drag devices designed to use variable frequency step-down starting or Y - △ starting methods. Fans with a power greater than 18.5KW cannot be started directly.
3. It is strictly prohibited to start the fan under pressure. Before starting each fan, the vent valve should be opened before starting the fan. The vent valve can only be slowly closed after the fan is running normally.
4. When the fan is turned off, the above requirements should also be followed, that is, first open the vent valve and then turn off the fan.
5. Large water-cooled fans are strictly prohibited from operating without circulating cooling water, otherwise it may cause equipment accidents.
6. Both air-cooled and water-cooled fans should strictly control the temperature of the running bearings. Perform a patrol inspection every two hours. When the temperature exceeds 60 ℃, the machine should be stopped for cooling (or operated according to the instructions).
7. When inspecting the fan, its operating status should be strictly observed, and there should be no noise or abnormal operation. Once discovered, the machine should be stopped for inspection and maintenance before it can be restarted.
3、 Attention:
1. The fan must be lubricated with the specified oil according to the instructions, and it is strictly prohibited to operate without oil or without oil, otherwise accidents may occur.
2. Regular inspections must be conducted, and if any abnormalities are found, the machine must be shut down for maintenance.
3. Regularly inspect the lubricating oil of each bearing and the pipeline systems for water and air cooling, and conduct maintenance every three months.
