Operation and maintenance procedures for stainless steel fermentation tanks
Date: 2024-08-26Read: 38
The operation and maintenance of stainless steel fermentation tanks are the foundation for ensuring the smooth progress of the fermentation process and extending the service life of the equipment. In order to ensure operational standards and equipment safety, today the editor will take you to understand the operation and maintenance procedures for stainless steel fermentation tanks.
1、 Safety precautions
1. Operators must have a comprehensive understanding of the working principle and structure of stainless steel fermentation tanks.
2. Before operating the equipment, it is necessary to check whether the power supply, liquid level, gas source, etc. of the equipment are normal.
3. Operators must wear safety protective equipment and carry out two person operations.
4. During the operation, it is prohibited to carry out high-temperature and high-energy reaction operations such as welding and cutting in the fermentation tank.
5. Do not stack flammable and explosive materials around the fermentation tank and keep the surrounding environment clean.
6. If any abnormal situation is found in the equipment, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.
2、 Operation process
1. Open the lid of the stainless steel fermentation tank.
2. Clean the fermentation tank by removing impurities from the tank walls and bottom.
3. Add pre processed fermented material.
4. Set temperature, pressure and other parameters according to process requirements.
5. Observe the changes in temperature, pressure, and liquid level during the fermentation process to ensure stable operation.
6. If any abnormal situation is found, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection.
7. After fermentation, clean and disinfect the device.
8. Close the lid of the stainless steel fermentation tank.
3、 Daily maintenance
1. After each use, the interior of the fermentation tank should be cleaned and disinfected.
2. Regularly inspect the fermentation tank, check the smoothness of the bottom drain outlet, and inspect the tank wall and bottom for cracks, rust, and other phenomena.
3. Fully ventilate the interior of the fermentation tank to avoid rusting in damp environments.
4. Promptly maintain and replace damaged parts when problems are discovered.
5. Regularly check whether the pipeline joints are loose to ensure sealing.
4、 Equipment maintenance and upkeep
1. When the equipment is damaged in daily use such as wooden boards and leaks, it should be replaced in a timely manner.
2. Regular inspection and maintenance are required, and professional personnel are needed to inspect and replace components that cannot be self maintained.
3. Regularly inspect and maintain equipment, replace aging and corroded parts, and update components in a timely manner.
4. Regularly replace layers and repair external defects of the tank body.
