Precautions for using the upward rotating screening machine:

1、 Preparation before operation

1. Equipment inspection:

Before starting up, check whether all components of the equipment (power supply, grounding, transmission device, screen) are intact, ensuring no looseness, leakage or abnormal noise.

The material of the sieve should be strictly distinguished (nylon 1010 is slightly yellow semi transparent, and polyoxymethylene is pure white opaque) to avoid damage caused by mixing.

2. Environmental requirements:

The equipment must be placed vertically on a horizontal ground, and tilting or inversion is prohibited to prevent vibration imbalance.

Clean the top and surrounding debris of the equipment to ensure that there are no medication bottles, dust, or other obstacles to operation.

2、 Material Handling Standards

1. Material feeding control:

Materials should be placed when the equipment is completely shut down, and operation during operation is prohibited to prevent accidents caused by the rebound of the grinding disc.

The single feeding amount should not be too much to avoid clogging of the sieve or affecting the screening efficiency.

2. Screen maintenance:

When assembling or replacing the sieve, handle it gently and strictly prohibit stepping on or hitting the connecting buckle with hard objects.

When blocking the hole, only rinse with clean water and do not poke with hard objects.

3、 Key points of operation monitoring

1. Security protection:

Operators must wear protective equipment (safety goggles, masks, gloves, safety shoes).

During operation, it is prohibited to approach rotating parts of the equipment, leave the post or perform other operations.

2. Status monitoring:

Regularly check the locking status of the wheels to prevent equipment from shifting.

When abnormal noise, speed, or vibration imbalance is detected, immediately stop the machine, tighten the bolts, and troubleshoot.

4、 Cleaning and Shutdown Management

1. Daily cleaning:

Clean the sieve, suction tube, and corrugated tube after each use to prevent dust blockage.

Avoid wiping non-metallic parts with alcohol and clean the surface of the equipment with a soft cloth.

2. Long term discontinuation:

Drain residual materials and cooling water from the equipment, and apply rust proof oil to metal parts.

Store in a dry and ventilated place, covered with a dust cover.
