Explain the working principle of the diagnostic reagent filling machine

Diagnostic reagent filling machine is widely used in medicine, daily chemical, food, pesticide and special industries, and is suitable for automatic filling of micro and small dose products in various industries, such as diagnostic reagent, gel, cream, hand cream, facial cleanser, toothpaste, syrup, slurry, etc.
The working principle of the diagnostic reagent filling machine mainly includes the following steps:
Cylinder motion: Compressed air drives the piston inside the material cylinder to reciprocate through the up and down movement of the cylinder, thereby generating negative pressure. When the cylinder moves downwards, pulling the piston downwards creates negative pressure in the front chamber of the feeding cylinder, and the material in the feeding bucket is sucked into the feeding cylinder by the atmosphere, and enters the feeding cylinder through the inlet and outlet one-way valves.
• Filling process: When the cylinder moves upwards, it pushes the piston forward, squeezing the material. The material enters the empty bottle to be filled through the one-way valve in the discharge joint, completing the quantitative filling.
Precision control: The filling time of the pneumatic valve can be set to 0.01 seconds, keeping the measurement degree within a 1% error range, reducing unnecessary material loss, and improving the economic benefits for users.
