In the field of hose preparation production, the vertical hose filling and sealing machine launched by Shanghai Boleida Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., relying on the vertical layout design and integrated operation mode, has realized the automation of the whole process from hose feeding, filling, sealing to finished product output, adapted to the production needs of various fluid materials such as ointment, gel, soy sauce, and provided flexible solutions for small and medium-sized batch and large-scale production.


1、 Core functions and operational processes
The equipment is centered around "efficient adaptation" and completes production operations through five interconnected steps. Each step is closely linked and can be independently controlled:
1Automatic feeding of hosesUsing a vibrating hopper and an inclined conveyor track, the disordered hoses are oriented and sorted, and then vertically transported to the positioning station through negative pressure suction cups or mechanical grippers, ensuring that the hose opening is facing upwards to avoid posture deviation caused by manual placement; Suitable for plastic or aluminum hoses with a diameter of 10-50mm and a length of 50-200mm, compatible with pipe types with special structures such as easy to tear ports and screw caps.
2Tube positioning and cleaningThe hose entering the workstation is fixed by pneumatic fixtures, and high-pressure airflow pre cleans the inside of the tube to remove residual dust or impurities during the production process; Some models can be equipped with UV sterilization modules to further reduce the risk of microbial contamination for pharmaceutical materials with high sterile requirements.
3Precise filling operationAdopting plunger metering pump or screw pump (selected according to material viscosity), combined with photoelectric sensor for real-time monitoring of hose capacity, with filling accuracy controlled within ± 1%; For materials that are prone to foaming, equipped with a suction device to avoid material spillage during the filling process; Supports two modes of single tube single filling and multi tube parallel filling, with a single station filling speed of 30-60 pieces/minute and a maximum of 120 pieces/minute for multi station models.
4Tail sealing processingAccording to the material and process requirements of the hose, three methods are provided: heat sealing, ultrasonic sealing, and embossed sealing
Hot sealing tail: The tail of the hose is hot melted and pressed together through a heating module, suitable for plastic hoses, with a sealing strength of over 20N;
Ultrasonic tail sealing: using high-frequency vibration to achieve molecular level fusion at the tail of the hose, suitable for aluminum-plastic composite hoses, with no burnt marks at the sealing end;
• Embossing and sealing the tail: At the same time as sealing the tail, the brand logo or production date is pressed to reduce the subsequent coding process and improve production efficiency.
5Finished product testing and outputThe sealed hose is screened by the weight detection module to remove products with unqualified filling volume; Subsequently, it is conveyed to the receiving box through a conveyor belt, and some models can be connected to labeling or coding machines to achieve integrated production of "filling sealing labeling".
