1、 Preparation before operation

2Material and container preparation: Prepare gynecological gel materials to be filled, ensure that the materials are free of impurities, uniform in properties, and have been pretreated according to production requirements; At the same time, prepare clean packaging containers (such as gel tubes and vials), check the appearance of containers for scratches and contamination, and place them neatly beside the equipment feeding station according to specifications.

3Hygiene and cleanlinessClean the components that come into contact with the equipment and materials (such as feeding hoppers and filling channels), using cleaning agents and tools that meet hygiene standards to remove residual impurities; After cleaning, check the surface of the components for stains and water stains to ensure compliance with the hygiene requirements of product production.

2、 Filling operation process

1Parameter setting and debuggingTurn on the device power and set basic parameters such as filling volume and filling speed on the operation panel according to production requirements (without adjusting technical parameters); After setting, take a small amount of material and empty container for trial filling, observe whether the filling amount is accurate and whether the material flows smoothly. If there is a deviation, adjust the parameters through the panel until the trial filling effect meets the requirements.

2Workstation startup and feedingPlace the prepared packaging containers one by one in the container positioning slots of the dual station, ensuring that the container positions are upright and aligned with the filling head; Start the equipment, and the two stations run synchronously. The operator replenishes gel materials to the equipment feed hopper according to the rhythm to keep the material level stable and avoid the interruption of filling due to insufficient materials.

3Real time monitoring and adjustmentDuring the filling process, the operator needs to observe the operation status of the two workstations in real time, check whether the filling head leaks liquid and whether the container is offset. If the container is found to be offset, it should be manually adjusted in a timely manner; If there is material residue blocking the filling head, pause the corresponding workstation, clean the filling head, and restart to ensure that both workstations complete the filling operation stably.

3、 Closing after operation

1Equipment shutdown and material cleaningAfter a batch of filling is completed, turn off the equipment power and stop feeding; Clean the remaining gel materials in the equipment into a special container (to avoid waste and pollution), and then clean the feed hopper, filling head, conveying rail and other parts to remove the residual materials and prevent the materials from solidifying and affecting the next use.

2Container organization and inspectionRemove the filled products from the equipment workstation, stack them neatly according to specifications, and randomly check the filling volume and sealing condition of some products (if the equipment includes sealing function) to confirm that there are no problems such as leakage or insufficient dosage. Unqualified products will be marked and processed separately.

3Equipment maintenance and recordingAfter cleaning, check whether all components of the equipment are intact and lubricate the moving parts (such as positioning slots and switches) briefly (if necessary); Finally, fill in the equipment operation record, indicating the product name, batch, quantity, and equipment operation status of this filling, providing a basis for subsequent production traceability.

4、 Safety precautions

During the operation, it is forbidden to reach into the operating area of the equipment to avoid being injured by moving parts; If cleaning or adjustment is required, pause the equipment and cut off the power first.

If abnormal noise, leakage or other faults occur during equipment operation, immediately turn off the power and contact professional personnel for maintenance. Do not disassemble equipment components by yourself.
