A certain park in Jiaxing is deepening the construction of a "zero direct discharge zone for sewage" and carrying out "upgrading and renovation" work. The park comprehensively investigates the situation of water pollution sources, strengthens the standardized management of water use and drainage for park enterprises, strengthens monitoring and experimentation with digital and intelligent management models, improves the water environment quality of surrounding rivers, and promotes water ecological restoration. Relevant acceptance work for the park needs to be completed by 2022. This project construction includes the rectification of some enterprise rainwater pipe networks, including the procurement and installation of 15 sets of rainwater discharge outlet gates, the installation of 16 sets of enterprise rainwater discharge outlet monitoring terminals, the construction of a comprehensive rainwater discharge supervision platform and the installation of an operating environment, the installation of one buoy station with cameras at key nodes, and the construction of one set of smart drainage outlets at the rainwater discharge outlets in the food park.

After the completion of the comprehensive monitoring platform for rainwater discharge, the monitoring data of rainwater discharge outlets of enterprises in the industrial agglomeration area will be synchronized to the platform, providing regulators with a visual overview of the basic situation of rainwater drainage facilities, pollution sources, and drainage households in the jurisdiction. For example, the total number and distribution of pollution sources, the number and online status of IoT devices, and the trend changes of monitoring indicators. At the same time, the platform will promptly present warning information to facilitate coordination with managers to open the shut-off valve in a timely manner, check the pipeline situation, and prevent contaminated rainwater from flowing into municipal rainwater pipelines and rivers.
