The measurement principle of the Botuo ammonia nitrogen analyzer is that ammonium ions react with salicylate and hypochlorous acid ions in the presence of ferricyanide ions to form phenol blue compounds, which appear green; The change in color is proportional to the concentration of ammonium ions present, and the concentration of ammonia nitrogen in the sample is calculated at 660nm.
