Daily maintenance and upkeep of a single person double-sided vertical purification workbench
Date: 2025-05-20Read: 38
The single person double-sided vertical purification workbench is an efficient and practical air purification equipment, widely used in fields such as medical and health, pharmaceuticals, biochemistry, environmental monitoring, electronic instruments and defense, providing a clean and sterile working environment for experimental operations.
The daily maintenance of a single person double-sided vertical purification workbench mainly includes the following aspects:
1. Daily cleaning:
Cleaning of countertops and surrounding areas: Use a sterile, dust-free cloth made of 70% alcohol or isopropanol to wipe the countertops, inner walls, glass partitions, and other areas to ensure no dead corners are left. After the operation is completed, promptly clean the remaining culture medium, reagents, etc. on the workbench to prevent pollutants from drying up and making it difficult to clean, while also avoiding corrosion of the workbench.
UV lamp disinfection: After each operation, turn on the UV lamp to irradiate for more than 30 minutes to sterilize the operation area. Regularly wipe the dust on the surface of the ultraviolet lamp tube with alcohol to avoid dust accumulation affecting the ultraviolet transmittance.
2. Component maintenance:
Filter maintenance: Check the status of the pre filter every month. If blackening, a large amount of dust adhering to the surface, or significant increase in resistance is found, it should be replaced or cleaned immediately. When the pressure difference exceeds 50% of the initial value or the cleanliness does not meet the standard, the high-efficiency filter must be replaced. Conduct DOP/PAO aerosol testing at least once a year to test filtration efficiency.
Fan and control system: Listen carefully to the fan for any abnormal noise and feel for any abnormal vibration every time it is turned on. Regularly check the wind speed using an anemometer to ensure that the wind speed is not less than 0.3m/s. The buttons and indicator lights on the control panel need to be checked regularly to ensure proper functioning.
3. Other precautions:
Maintain indoor dryness and cleanliness: humid air can affect the normal operation of electrical circuits and promote the growth of bacteria and fungi. Regularly fumigate the equipment to ensure that all gaps are sealed.
• Avoid frequent switching: Frequent switching can shorten the lifespan of equipment, and unnecessary switching operations should be minimized as much as possible.
