1、 The compressor is not cooling

Abnormal balance mode: If the compressor continues to operate but the cooling is insufficient, priority should be given to checking whether the balance mode has failed. Maintaining this mode can stabilize cooling and extend the lifespan of the compressor.

Single system working mechanism: When operating in a single system, temperature fluctuations can easily cause the compressor to start and stop frequently (such as when opening and closing doors), and frequent operation of the door body should be avoided.

• Cooling system malfunction: Place your hand at the bottom of the box. If there is no cold air output, it may be a damaged fan; If there is wind but weak cooling, check for refrigerant leakage or capillary blockage.

2、 Uneven temperature inside the box

• Item placement issue: Excessive density of samples can hinder air circulation, and space needs to be allocated reasonably.

• Light heating effect: Long term use of light mode may cause local high temperatures due to bulb heating. It is recommended to turn on the lamps in batches or shorten the continuous light exposure time.

Fan malfunction: The shutdown of the circulating fan directly leads to uneven temperature, and it is necessary to check the power connection or replace the fan.

3、 Ice formation at the circulating air outlet

This is a normal phenomenon during the defrosting cycle: When the refrigeration equipment defrosts regularly, the melted water may condense into ice again at the air outlet. Regularly clean up accumulated water to prevent freezing and blockage.

4、 Abnormal lighting

• Lamp does not light up: Check if the lamp legs are loose or misplaced, or replace damaged ballasts/lamps.

• Insufficient brightness: Failure to turn on some lighting fixtures in a multi light system can cause local dimming, and all lighting units need to be turned on.

5、 Excessive noise during operation

Loose fixing screws are the main cause: focus on checking the screws of the circulating fan bracket, and tighten them in time to eliminate abnormal noise.

6、 Key points of daily maintenance

• Avoid frequent temperature adjustment: Reduce changes after temperature setting to prevent compressor overload damage.

• Handling precautions: The tilt angle should be ≥ 60 ° to prevent damage to the refrigeration system.

Regular cleaning and disinfection: Use alcohol to wipe the inner walls and air vents to avoid microbial contamination (similar to the cleaning standards for cell culture chambers).
