Technical Experience Sharing and Exchange Meeting
On December 8th, China Switzerland Wantong and Shanghai Daotong Application Technology Co., Ltd. held a unique technical experience sharing and exchange meeting for the Chemical Department of SGS (hereinafter referred to as "SGS"). Senior Customer Manager of Swiss Wantong IC, Manager Huo of Shanghai Laboratory, Customer Service Expert Ye Gong, Service Sales Director Fu, Sales Department Manager Ma of Shanghai Island Tong, SGS Environmental Inorganic Testing Group Teacher Chen, Teacher Zhang, and Halogen Group Printing Teacher participated in the event.

At the beginning of the event, Director Huo explained the principle and application of ion chromatography IC to the clients. Through PPT presentation and video playback, the clients gained a clear understanding of the working principle of IC and its experimental applications in their work; Subsequently, Director Fu introduced the service content of Swiss Wantong to the customer, allowing them to understand the corporate culture and after-sales service content of Swiss Wantong; Ye explained the knowledge of IC maintenance to the customer, helping them work more efficiently in the experiment. At the meeting, the client interacted with engineers from Wantong based on their actual work experience. Through question and answer explanations, everyone expressed that they have gained a deeper understanding of the use of Swiss Wantong instruments and hope to apply what they have learned in their future practical work.

In the afternoon, under the guidance of the non crew teacher, we visited the chemistry laboratory and halogen laboratory. During this period, many team members pointed out the difficulties they encountered in daily experiments one by one. Mr. Ye and Mr. Huo answered the questions raised by the team members one by one, helping them to efficiently complete the experiments in their future work, and providing certain suggestions on daily experimental methods and result processing.


In this technical experience sharing and exchange, the halogen group and the unmanned unit teachers expressed that they have benefited greatly and hope that such activities can continue to be carried out in the coming year, so that they can have a better understanding of Swiss Wantong instruments and use them more efficiently in their future workWork.
