1、 Material properties:
Industrial aluminum chloride has a light yellow appearance and a strong hydrochloric acid odor.
Easy to dissolve in water. Melting point 194 ℃, boiling point 178 ℃ (sublimation).
Corrosive (UN number 1726), releases hydrogen chloride when in contact with water.
2、 Process requirements
Originally, 6 small bags of 180 kilograms of aluminum chloride were taken from the ground at once, lifted to the second floor by a hoist, and manually fed into the reaction kettle.
It is now required to adopt a closed feeding method and transport the materials from the ground to the silos above reaction vessels 1 # and 5 # on the second floor through vacuum conveying.
The conveying capacity of 180 kilograms per batch is required to be completed within 20-30 minutes, with a conveying height of about 5 meters and a horizontal distance of about 15 meters. There are a total of 4 batches per day.
The pipeline is required to use enamel pipes with a diameter of 50mm.
The feed inlet of the reaction kettle is about 100mm. No weighing is required, and the buffer hopper on the reaction kettle can be used to transport each batch.
