• Instructions for Use

• Check if the silicone ring of the filter is placed flat to prevent water leakage. The thin filter material can be moistened with distilled water and attached to the filter plate. The filter plate should be placed inside the silicone ring and pressed tightly against the top plate.
• When starting the infusion pump, first close the inlet valve, then start it, pay attention to the direction of motor rotation, gradually open the required pressure of the inlet valve, and discharge the air, then it can be filtered. The general working pressure is<0.1~0.2Mrs.
• When using, attention should be paid to the increase speed and sudden decrease of the pressure gauge to determine whether the filter material is blocked or broken.
• When stopping the pump, the inlet valve should be closed first to prevent sudden liquid backflow from damaging the filter material. Then stop the pump and open the vent bolt. After the filtrate has flowed out, loosen the top plate to replace the filter material and clean it.
• If this machine uses microporous filter membrane for fine filtration, the feed solution must first be filtered with a coarser filter material and pre filtered before use to avoid clogging the microporous filter membrane and affecting the filtration quality.
• This machine is suitable for filtering media such as gauze, burlap, cotton cloth, silk cloth, canvas, nylon silk, filter paper, asbestos board, microporous membrane, and ultrafiltration membrane.

• Structural Description

CHLThe pump is a horizontal, multi-stage segmented type, with the pump shaft being an extension of the motor shaft, and having an axial suction port and a radial discharge port.

CHLThe pump is composed of stainless steel plate stamping and welding components such as guide vanes, impellers, inlet and outlet sections, sealing seats, and pressure plates. The sliding bearings and mechanical seals are made of hard alloy and silicon carbide materials.

The rotation direction of the pump is counterclockwise when viewed from the motor end to the suction end.

• Pump installation

• The pump should be installed in a well ventilated and anti freezing place.
• The suction pipe should be as short as possible and prevent the formation of air pockets.
• When installing the pump, attention should be paid to the height difference between the suction liquid level and the pump inlet to ensure that the pump does not exceed its allowable suction height during operation.
• When installing suction and drainage pipelines,Attention should be paid not to concentrate the weight and stress of the pipeline on the pump,To avoid deformation.
• The motor should have grounding measures, and the electrical equipment should ensure that the unit is not damaged by phase loss, unstable voltage, and overload.
• Install a pressure gauge at the pump outlet to observe and control the operation of the pump.

• Operation and use

• Preparation before startup

Open the inlet valve, close the outlet valve, open the vent plug, fill the pump with working fluid, and then tighten the vent plug again.

It is strictly prohibited to operate without a medium, which may cause damage to the mechanical seal sliding bearing.

• start operation

• Start the motor, check the motor direction, slowly open the outlet valve, and adjust it to the desired working condition. Flow control at the rated flow rate of the pump0.7~1.3Within a multiple range.
• Pay attention to whether there is any noise during the operation of the pump. If any abnormalities are found, stop the machine for inspection and promptly eliminate them.

• Assembly and disassembly

• Install the sealing seat on the motor seat, and then install the mechanical seal (apply a small amount of lubricating oil to the friction surface of the mechanical seal).
• Install the impeller, long sleeve, outlet guide vanes, guide vanes, support guide vanes, etc. until the last impeller is reached, then install the impeller cover and rotate the nut.
• Install the deflector, pressure plate, tension strap, and tighten the nut on the tension strap.
• Install the connecting pipe and inlet/outlet section,OTighten the fastening ring with screws, such as a ring.
• Rotate the motor fan blades by hand, and there should be no jamming or looseness in the rotor. Disassemble the pump by following the reverse steps mentioned above.
