Spiral extrusion dewatering machineIt is an intermittent pressure filter equipment that uses a screw jack as the clamping device. It has the characteristics of simple structure, easy operation, no need for power supply, and economic practicality. It is generally used for filter presses with a filtration area of 1-40m2. This machine is used for solid-liquid separation of various suspensions, with good separation effect and easy use. It is widely used in various fields that require solid-liquid separation, such as petroleum, chemical, dye, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, food, papermaking, and sewage treatment. It is suitable for small-scale filtration industries and is generally used in filtration fields with low pressure and filtration pressure less than 0.4Mpa.
The filter press is mainly composed of three parts, namely: the frame part, the filtering part, and the clamping device. When the filter press is working, the handwheel is rotated to drive the screw to push the compression plate through the small teeth and large gears, and the filter plate and filter medium (filter cloth) located between the compression plate and the thrust plate are compressed to ensure that the filtered material (slurry) with working pressure is pressurized and filtered in the filter chamber. Below, the editor will briefly introduce the three main components of a spiral extrusion dewatering machine, as shown below:
(1) Rack section: The rack forms the foundation of the filter press, supporting the filtering mechanism and connecting other components. It mainly consists of a thrust plate, a compression plate, a compression part, and a main beam.
(2) Filtering section: It is composed of filter plates arranged in a certain order on the main beam and filter media (filter cloth) sandwiched between the filter plates, forming a series of filtering units (filter chambers).
(3) Pressing part: It is the power device of the filter press, and its main components include small teeth, large gears, lead screws, etc. The overall structure design is reasonable, the performance is stable and reliable, the operation is simple, the maintenance is convenient, and the applicability is wide. It is an ideal equipment for suspension separation.
