The ZJY series polymer automatic dissolution and dosing machine dry powder dosing system is a fully automatic continuous preparation and dosing system designed for powdered materials. The entire process from powder to prepared solution achieves fully automatic, safe, and continuous operation. Dry powder enters the mixer from the hopper according to the required dosage (set screw speed), and after wetting, it enters the mixing tank for dilution (set inlet flow rate) to achieve the required concentration of solution. The diluted solution flows through the maturation tank and then enters the storage tank. The liquid is transported to the point by the metering pump. When the solution in the storage tank is at a low liquid level, the liquid level switch outputs a signal to start the equipment and restart the solution preparation process; When the solution in the storage tank is at a high liquid level, the liquid level switch sends a signal, and this cycle process stops; If the storage tank is empty, the cycle will start again. Close the inlet solenoid valve in this way, and it will automatically start after adding the material.
