The HCLP-120 fully automatic bottle sorting machine may encounter some common faults during production and operation, which may affect production efficiency. To help users quickly solve problems and restore normal equipment operation, the following is a detailed analysis of common faults and an introduction to maintenance methods.
1、 Equipment startup failure
1. The power cannot be connected
Check if the three-phase power supply voltage is stable (380V ± 10%).
Check if the emergency brake switch has been reset and if the wiring terminals of the electrical control box are loose.
Check if the insulation layer of the power cord is damaged (using a multimeter for measurement).
2. Touch screen unresponsive
Restart the power supply of the control panel and check the output of the 24V stabilized power supply.
Clean the screen contacts and eliminate static interference.
If the black screen persists, contact the manufacturer to replace the touch screen module.
2、 Abnormal operation process
1. Decreased bottle sorting efficiency
Adjust the height of the bottle shifting device to match the bottle shape (it is recommended to have a distance of 2-3mm from the bottle mouth to the shifting teeth).
Clean the accumulated dirt on the vase flower tray and check the levelness of the bottom plate (error ≤ 1mm/m).
Check the tension of the chain (the sag should be 2% -3% of the pitch).
2. Frequent bottle jamming
Calibrate the sensitivity of the photoelectric sensor (reflective sensor detection distance 15-20mm).
Check the straightness of the bottle feeding track (calibrated with a laser level).
Check the dimensional tolerance of the bottle blank (diameter deviation should be ≤ 0.5mm).
3、 Mechanical component maintenance
1. Bearing overheating
Add high-temperature lubricating grease (recommended to use food grade NLGI grade 2).
Check the coaxiality deviation (coupling radial runout ≤ 0.1mm).
Replace worn bearings.
2. Abnormal transmission noise
Check the gear mesh clearance.
Adjust the tension of the synchronous belt.
Check the oil level of the gearbox.
4、 Electrical system malfunction
1. PLC alarm.
Record the fault code.
Clean the photoelectric sensor lens.
Check the grounding resistance.
2. Pneumatic system failure
Adjust the air source pressure to 0.4-0.6MPa.
Replace the aging trachea (if there are cracks on the inner wall, it needs to be replaced).
Check the response time of the solenoid valve (≤ 0.1s is normal).
By troubleshooting and repairing common faults of fully automatic bottle sorting machines, the stability and service life of the equipment can be effectively improved, ensuring smooth production. In daily use, users should also develop regular maintenance plans, clean equipment, inspect electrical circuits and transmission systems, and replace vulnerable parts in a timely manner to reduce the probability of failures.
