The common problems and solutions of the fully automatic powder filling production line are as follows:
1. Abnormal cylinder operation
• Insufficient air pressure: Check if the air source pressure is below 0.6Mpa and adjust the pressure reducing valve to the normal value.
Pipeline leakage: Check the sealing of the air pipeline and repair the leakage point.
Damaged air source components: Replace the air source coupling or double coupling components.
2. Filling accuracy issue
• Filling nozzle blockage or damage: Clean foreign objects or replace damaged parts.
Residual air in the conveying pipe: Remove the gas inside the pipe.
Aging of sealing ring: Replace the sealing ring.
Improper speed adjustment: Adjust the throttle valve to control the filling speed.
3. Abnormal device startup
• Air pressure protection trigger: Check if the air pressure is below the set value and increase the pressure to the normal range.
Button malfunction: Replace the start/stop button and repair the circuit.
Emergency stop button not reset: Manually reset the emergency stop device.
4. PLC system malfunction
Cylinder reset failure: Check the solenoid valve and PLC program, and modify the program code if necessary.
Signal transmission abnormality: Check the connection problem of the line to ensure normal signal transmission.
