The working principle of a single chamber vacuum packaging machine is to use a vacuum pump to extract the air inside the packaging bag, creating a vacuum state, and then use a heat sealing mechanism to heat seal the sealed part of the packaging bag, thus completing vacuum packaging. The specific process includes the following steps:
1. Preparation stage: Put the items to be packaged into a plastic bag and place the bag opening on the sealer in the vacuum chamber.
2. Extraction stage: Close the sealer and start the vacuum pump. The vacuum pump begins to extract air from the bag, gradually reducing the pressure inside until the predetermined vacuum level is reached. The control system will monitor the vacuum level inside the vacuum chamber to ensure that the pumping process meets the set requirements.
3. Sealing stage: When the pressure inside the bag reaches the set value, the vacuum pump automatically stops running and the sealer begins to heat up. The heated sealer quickly seals the mouth of the plastic bag, creating a vacuum chamber that isolates it from the outside world. This step ensures the long-lasting maintenance of the vacuum state and prevents external air from re entering the bag.
4. Recovery of air pressure stage: After the sealing is completed, the vacuum chamber gradually returns to normal air pressure, and the packaging process ends. At this point, the sealed packaging bag at the sealing point has completed vacuum packaging and can be removed for subsequent storage or transportation.
