The working principle of the jet type heat shrink packaging machine is to rapidly shrink the heat shrink film by spraying high-temperature airflow, tightly wrap it around the surface of the product, and form a beautiful and compact packaging effect. The specific process is as follows:
Product loading: Place the products that need to be packaged on the conveyor belt, ensuring that the product position is correct and stable.
• Heat shrink film coverage: The heat shrink film is covered on the product through a guide device on the conveyor belt, forming a protective film.
Hot air heating: The heating element generates hot air, which is evenly blown towards the heat shrink film, causing it to soften under heat.
Shrink film tightening: With the continuous heating of hot air, the heat shrink film gradually tightens and tightly adheres to the surface of the product, removing excess film material and making the product appearance more neat and beautiful.
Cooling and shaping: The compressed heat shrink film is cooled and shaped by a cooling system to ensure that it maintains a stable shape and appearance on the surface of the product.



The jet heat shrink packaging machine mainly consists of the following parts:
• Heat shrink furnace: used to heat the heat shrink film and soften it when heated.
