1. When conducting reactions with different media in a reactor, it is necessary to first investigate whether the media corrode the main material.
2. Every time the device is turned on, it is required that all buttons be in their initial position. After each operation, the knob should be turned back to the small position to prevent excessive current from causing significant damage to the controller during the next power on.
3. When cleaning the high-pressure reactor, be extra careful not to let water or other liquids flow into the heating furnace to prevent the heating furnace wire from burning out. Regularly check the swing amount of the mixing shaft. If the swing amount is too large, replace the bearing or sliding shaft sleeve in a timely manner!
4. After the final reaction temperature of the reactor is determined, it is not allowed to change the temperature setting value during the heating process to avoid significant temperature overshoot.
5. Connect the corresponding voltage according to the operating voltage of the controller, single-phase 220V, three-phase 380V. Do not connect the live and neutral wires of the controller in reverse; Wiring work should not be carried out during power transmission to prevent electric shock.
