Fully automatic ultra-high pressure reactorApplied in these industries, such as fine chemicals, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, food, etc., the process is manifested in vulcanization, nitration, hydrogenation, polymerization, condensation, etc. The structure includes transmission device, shaft seal, manhole, support, extrusion pipe, mixing shaft, jacket, kettle body, and mixer, etc.
When heating the reaction kettle, turn on the heating switch on the control box, set the heating temperature to the desired value on the temperature controller, and the temperature controller will automatically control the heating of the reaction kettle. Close the pump pressure valve, open the suction valve, fill the reaction medium in the storage tank, withdraw the pump for suction, and close the suction valve after suction is full. Open the pump pressure valve and pressure gauge valve, and use a manual pump to pressurize the reactor valve to the required pressure. If the medium pressure cannot reach the predetermined value, the pump pressure valve can be closed and the suction valve can be opened. After the pump is filled with medium, the suction valve can be closed and the pump pressure valve can be opened to continue pressurization.
Fully automatic ultra-high pressure reactorDuring heating, due to the increase in temperature, the liquid expands and the pressure continues to rise. At this time, it is necessary to open the vent valve in a timely manner (using the bottom vent valve of the kettle to vent) to ensure that the pressure inside the kettle does not exceed the working pressure of the kettle.
The glass reaction kettle is mainly used for experiments such as material synthesis, distillation, and concentration. The kettle structure is divided into three types: single-layer, double-layer, and three-layer. According to the needs, the kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state to meet the experimental conditions. The constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle can be adjusted to control the uniform dropwise addition of materials. The heat exchange function of the condenser is used to distill and recover the reaction products.
The reactor body has two layers, inner and outer. By injecting a certain temperature of circulating liquid into the interlayer, the temperature of the materials inside the reactor is adjusted. The inner jacket is used to introduce a certain temperature of circulating liquid to adjust the temperature of the materials inside the reactor. The outer jacket is pumped to a vacuum state by a vacuum pump to achieve insulation function.
