Desktop Xenon Lamp Aging Test ChamberThe use of xenon arc lamps that can simulate the full spectrum of sunlight to reproduce destructive light waves in different environments can provide corresponding environmental simulation and accelerated testing for scientific research, product development, and quality control.
The main box structure of the desktop xenon lamp aging test chamber is as follows:
♦ Using non reactive door handles makes operation easier.
♦ The bottom of the machine adopts high-quality fixed PU movable wheels.
♦ The observation window adopts multi-layer insulated tempered glass, which can clearly observe the test process.
♦ The outer shell is processed and formed using high-quality (t=1mm) A3 steel plate CNC machine tools, and the surface of the shell is sprayed with plastic for a smoother and more beautiful appearance. The inner liner is made of imported (t=1mm) high-quality SUS304 stainless steel plate (now upgraded to rounded corners).
♦ High density glass fiber cotton The insulation thickness is 80mm.
♦ Adopting a long axis fan motor and a stainless steel multi blade impeller that is resistant to high and low temperatures, to achieve strong convection and vertical diffusion circulation.
♦ A double-layer high-temperature resistant high tensile sealing strip is used between the door and the box to ensure the sealing of the testing area.
