1. Material suction and pressurization stage

After the equipment is started, 5 sets of plungers alternate reciprocating motion, causing periodic changes in pump chamber pressure: when the plunger moves backward, it sucks in material, and when it moves forward, it compresses the material and pushes it towards the homogenization valve. Alternating work can reduce pressure fluctuations and ensure continuous feeding.

2. Homogenization valve core processing stage

3. Material discharge and circulation stage
